1️⃣ General Refund Policy

CREDVIA is a digital service facilitation platform. All transactions are processed through banks, BBPS, NPCI, and authorized API service providers. Refunds are governed by the respective service provider’s confirmation and settlement timelines.

2️⃣ Eligibility for Refund

  • Transaction failed but amount debited
  • Service not delivered due to technical failure
  • Duplicate transaction for the same service
  • BBPS payment not successfully posted

3️⃣ Non-Refundable Transactions

  • Successful transactions
  • Incorrect details entered by the user
  • Delays caused by banks or third-party providers
  • Cash payments once accepted
  • Commission or service charges
  • Wallet balance transfers

4️⃣ Service-Wise Refund Timeline

AEPS / Micro ATM
  • Bank-dependent
  • 7–14 working days
DMT (Money Transfer)
  • If failed: 3–7 working days
  • If success but beneficiary issue: No refund
BBPS
  • Failed / Pending: 3–10 working days
  • Subject to biller confirmation
Credit Card Bill Payment
  • 7–15 working days
UPI / Wallet
  • Failed transactions only
  • 3–5 working days
Loan & Insurance Fees
  • Processing fees are non-refundable
  • Refund only if officially cancelled
Travel / Ticket Booking
  • As per operator policy
  • Cancellation charges may apply

5️⃣ Refund Request Process

  1. Login to CREDVIA Portal
  2. Go to Transaction History
  3. Select the transaction
  4. Click Raise Complaint / Refund
  5. Provide required details
  6. Track status

6️⃣ Required Details

  • Transaction ID
  • Service type
  • Date & Amount
  • Registered mobile number
  • Reason for refund
  • Supporting documents

7️⃣ Mode of Refund

  • Original payment source
  • CREDVIA wallet (if applicable)
  • Cash refunds not permitted

8️⃣ Dispute Resolution

  • Internal support team
  • API provider
  • Bank / BBPS escalation
  • CREDVIA decision shall be final

9️⃣ Fraud-Related Cases

  • Subject to investigation
  • Bank / regulatory approval
  • Account may be suspended

🔟 Limitation of Liability

  • Bank delays
  • Technical downtime
  • Third-party failures
  • Force majeure events
